HPRCC responsibilities: Dr. Hubbard is responsible for administration of applied climate research; coordination of HPRCC activities with other RCCs, and federal and state agencies; and general supervision of personnel engaged in research and service activities of the center. Ken has primary responsibility for education programs of HPRCC and for coordinating HPRCC member and advisory committees. His research interests are in monitoring and modeling the environment.

HPRCC responsibilities: Dr. Lin is primarily responsible for conducting the performance and evaluation of sensors used in automated weather stations and in other bio-atomspheric applications. His recent research has focused on the performance of air temperature and water vapor. Dr. Lin's broader interests include bio-atmospheric instrumentation and sensors (hardware and software, as well as their interfaces), micrometeorological measurements and interactions. digital/image signal processing, and electronics and photonics related to micrometeorological applications.

HPRCC responsibilities: Dr. You is primarily responsible for evaluations of procedures and applications for data quality assurance. His recent research has focused on the automatic quality assurance procedures of the measurements from automated weather stations and stations in other climate data networks. His general research interests are in monitoring and modeling the environment, hydrological and atmospheric cycling, and land-atmosphere interactions.

HPRCC responsibilities: The Regional Climatologist is responsible for managing the climate services aspect of the HPRCC. The Regional Climatologist provides information and data to users of climate resource information as well as certification of climate records as requested. The Regional Climatologist also participates in the applied research work of the HPRCC and on projects related to all the Regional Climate Centers.

HPRCC responsibilities: Ms. Hanneman is responsible for QC monitoring of the incoming data, assistance in preparation of data requests, data entry, and the retrieval of climate information.

HPRCC responsibilities: The Systems Manager is responsible for administering the HPRCC UNIX servers used to accomplish both the Center's climate data archiving and distribution mission and the research and development needs of HPRCC staff and scientists. They also provide project and product programming support for the Center.

HPRCC responsibilities: Mr. Roebke is responsible for electronic support on all HPRCC projects, including remote sites, communications linkages, and local operations. He is responsible for maintenance and calibration of various components in the climate network and data collection system.

He is also involved in development of climate applications. He is the HPRCCs representative on the software development team for the Applied Climate Information System project.

HPRCC responsibilities: Is responsible for aiding technical and research staff members in various projects. This includes research, data processing, and web development. Is also responsible for preparation of data requests and the retrieval of climate information.
